Italy-US International Tax Issues and Solutions

Sonia Alioto
and
Filippo Amoroso

Join us for a presentation and a conversation around one important topic for our members: the tax regulations, issues, approaches and solutions that may affect people with assets and income both in Italy and the US.

Topics include:

- Real estate transactions and related tax implications (in Italy and in the US): buying, renting out, selling properties in Italy

- Property taxes (IMU)

- Assets received as gifts or inheritance: tax basis

- Capital gains differences in Italy and US

and more...

Our panelists have extensive experience in tax and business issues related with assets, inheritance, real-estate, corporations and other business entities, and related transactions.

The panel discussion will be with an evening of great food & wine at Donato Enoteca.
